Aesthetic medicine has undergone significant evolution in recent years. While treatments in the past often focused on correcting individual wrinkles or adding volume, modern approaches emphasize preserving tissue quality and developing a deep understanding of the biological processes of facial aging.
Prof. Gronovich’s approach to aesthetic treatments is based on a central principle: achieving natural improvement while preserving the structural balance and harmony of the face.
The goal is not to create artificial changes or excessive volume, but rather to improve tissue quality, support the skin’s regenerative processes, and achieve natural and harmonious results over time.
Within this philosophy, Prof. Gronovich utilizes some of the most advanced technologies and products available worldwide. This combination enables precise treatment of facial tissues, improvement of skin quality, and stimulation of natural regenerative processes, while tailoring each treatment plan individually to the patient.
Skin Care – An Integral Part of Aesthetic Treatment
Based on many years of clinical experience and a deep understanding of the processes involved in skin aging, Prof. Gronovich developed the SAPPHIRE medical skincare line.
SAPPHIRE was created from the concept that skincare is not merely cosmetic maintenance, but a central component in maintaining tissue quality and preserving aesthetic results over time.
The SAPPHIRE products are based on an advanced combination of active ingredients designed to improve skin quality, support collagen and elastin production, preserve the skin’s hyaluronic acid reservoirs, support regenerative and renewal processes in the skin.
At the core of the products lies Sapphire Complex™, a scientific complex developed to help protect the hyaluronic acid matrix within the skin-both the naturally occurring hyaluronic acid and that introduced through aesthetic treatments. Preserving this matrix supports skin hydration, structural stability, and long-term skin quality.
Maintaining skin quality through proper skincare can help prolong the results of aesthetic treatments and reduce the need for repeated interventions.
This approach integrates advanced medical treatments with daily skincare as part of a broader concept of Skin Longevity.
Face
The face is composed of several anatomical layers, and the aging process affects each of them. These changes can generally be divided into two main processes: Laxity – which primarily affects the skin and soft tissues. Atrophy – loss of volume in deeper layers of the face, particularly within the fat compartments, and sometimes in the muscles and bone structure. Atrophy often appears earlier in the aging process and is more difficult to recognize.
A precise understanding of these changes allows selection of the most appropriate treatment combination.
Possible treatments include skin quality treatments using laser, chemical peels, and advanced technologies, treatments that stimulate collagen and elastin production, medical skincare products that support tissue health, treatment of dynamic wrinkles with botulinum toxin, correction of volume loss using hyaluronic acid, calcium-based fillers, or autologous fat grafting.
In Prof. Gronovich’s approach, fillers are used as a subtle tool to correct atrophy, rather than as a method for excessive volumization. This requires a detailed understanding of the facial fat compartments, their boundaries, and their role in maintaining the natural architecture of the face.
Lips
The lips are one of the most prominent and delicate features of the face and therefore require a particularly precise and conservative approach.
The goal of lip treatment is not necessarily enlargement, but achieving the right balance and harmony with the facial structure.
Treatment may include subtle lip augmentation in cases of naturally thin lips or age-related atrophy, enhancement of the lip border, improvement of the proportion between the upper and lower lips.
Prof. Gronovich emphasizes achieving natural-looking results, while avoiding exaggerated volume or an artificial appearance.
Maintaining Lip Treatment Results
To preserve lip tissue quality and maintain treatment results over time, a therapeutic SAPPHIRE Lip Gloss was developed as part of the skincare line. The gloss contains active ingredients that support lip hydration, improve tissue quality, and protect the structure of the lips. It also includes Sapphire Complex™, a scientific complex containing components that slow the breakdown of hyaluronic acid-both naturally occurring and injected-thereby helping maintain aesthetic results for a longer period of time.
Hands
The aging process affecting the skin and tissues is not limited to the face. Similar changes can also be seen in the hands. Loss of skin elasticity and volume often becomes visible on the back of the hands, where the skin becomes thinner and veins and tendons become more prominent.
Possible treatments include medical brightening and skin-quality creams, laser treatments to improve skin texture and tone, restoration of lost volume using autologous fat or dermal fillers, The goal of these treatments is to improve skin quality and restore a natural, refreshed appearance to the hands.
International Experience
Prof. Gronovich serves as an international lecturer and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) for leading companies in the field of aesthetic medicine and dermal fillers. In this role, he teaches physicians around the world advanced injection techniques and participates in numerous research projects in the field of aesthetic medicine.
What is your challenge?
It is important to understand that successful aesthetic treatment is not based solely on adding volume. The goal is to improve tissue quality, maintain a natural appearance, and combine medical treatments with proper skincare over time
